Ingredients
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 2.3 c. Panko
- 2 T. melted butter
- 2 small gloves minced garlic
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 425

Place scallops in a baking dish coated with oil spray.

IN small bowl, combine Panko, butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle over scallops.

Bake 10-15 mins until scallops are opaque and topping is golden.
