Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. tarragon flakes
- 1 can manderin oranges (chilled) (can use fresh pineapple or grapefruit or avocado also)
- Romaine lettuce
- 1 bunch green onions
- 4-6 oz toasted almonds, sliced
- Melted butter
Directions

Put first 5 ingredients in jar and refrigerate.

Toast almonds in melted butter (about 1/4 stick)

Put lettuce, onion and oranges in bowl.

Pour almonds, butter on top and toss with dressing.
