Ingredients
- 4 c. cold chicken chunks
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 1 t. salt
- 1 sm jar pimento, cut up lengthwise
- 2 c. chopped celery (parboil)
- 5 HB eggs, slices
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 t. dry onion
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can French Onions
- 4 oz cheddar cheese
Directions

mix all togteher.

Put in a 9×13

Let stand overnight

Next day, but over top- 1 can french onions.

Grade 4 oz mild cheddar over top.

Bake at 400 for 30 mins.
