Ingredients
- 12 pork loin chops (trim fat)
- 2 T. EVOO
- 2 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. water
- 3 t. ground mustard
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. pepper
- 1 c. flour
- 1 t. salt
Directions

In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder.

Press the chops into coating mix and coat.

In skillet, brown chops on both sides oil,add more oil to pot and place chops in a large crock pot.

Combine soup and water; pour over the chops.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
