Ingredients
- 1 10oz thin French/Italian bread
- 8 large eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 4 t. sugar
- 1 T. vanilla
- 2 T. butter cut in pieces
Directions

ease 9×13.

Cut bread into inch cubes and arrange in 1 layer on bottom of pan.

In bowl beat eggs with remaining ingredients except butter.

Pour over bread

Cover with foil and refrigerate 4-6 hours.

Sprinkle butter pieces over top.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-50 ins, until bread is puffy and lightly browned.
