Pollo alla Cacciatora

Serves 4 peopleIngredients
- garlic
- onion
- celery
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary
- 1 lb. chicken thigh fillets (deboned, no skin, cut into bites-size pieces)
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1, 14 oz. can chopped tomatoes (green pepper, celery, onion)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 14 oz. can navy or cannellini beans
Directions

Cook the garlic, onion, rosemary, celery in oil; cook until translucent.

Add chicken and stir well; salt and pepper.

Pour in wine and let it come to a bubble before adding tomatoes, bay leaves, and sugar. Put lid on and simmer for 20 mins.

Drain beans and add at end; warm through.
