Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
• 1/4 c. poppy seed
• 4 eggs
• 1 c. water
• 1/2 c. oil

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and beat for 5 mins.

2. Pour into muffin pans and bake at 325 degrees; experiment with time. Use toothpick to test.
