Ingredients

• Cookies:
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. lemon extract
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 c. butter
• 2 c. sugar
• 3 eggs
• 4 c. flour
• Frosting:
• 4 tblsp. milk
• 3 c. powdered sugar
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 tblsp. butter

Directions

1. Cookies: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, then sour cream with baking soda dissolved in it. Add lemon, vanilla, and baking powder. Then add flour.

2. Roll thick and cut. Bake at 350 degrees.

3. Frosting: Mix all ingredients together and spread on cooled cookies.
