Baked Brie with Chutney & Almonds

Ingredients

  • 8oz Brie
  • 1/3 c. apricot chutney
  • 2 T. coarsely chopped toasted almonds
  • Serve with crackers and dried fruit

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400

  2. Trim rind from cheese

  3. Place cheese in a parchment lined baking dish, topping w/ apricot chutney.

  4. Toast almonds in a small skillet on low for 3 mins.

  5. Sprinkle over Brie.
