Ingredients
- 8oz Brie
- 1/3 c. apricot chutney
- 2 T. coarsely chopped toasted almonds
- Serve with crackers and dried fruit

Heat oven to 400

Trim rind from cheese

Place cheese in a parchment lined baking dish, topping w/ apricot chutney.

Toast almonds in a small skillet on low for 3 mins.

Sprinkle over Brie.
