Ingredients
- 1/4 c. fresh OJ
- 2 T. chopped cilantro
- 1 t. cumin
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t. coarse salt
- 1/2 t. crushed red pepper
- 2 pork tenderloins (1 to 1 1/4 lbs)

In small bowl, mix together juice, cilantro, cumin, oregano, garlic, S&P. Pour into a resealable plastic bag; add pork.

refrigerate 30 mins to 4 hours.

Remove pork, but do not scrape off solids; discard marinade

ill pork 20 to 27 mins, until internal temp is 145.

Transfer to carving board and let stand 3-5 min.
