Balsamic and Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 8 c. cauliflower florets (1 head)
  • 2 T. EVOO
  • 1 t. dried majoram
  • S&P to taste
  • 2 T. balsamic
  • 1/2 c. shredded Parm

Directions

  1. Oven to 450

  2. Toss all ingredients together in bowl (besides cheese and balsamic) and spread on rimmed baking sheet.

  3. Roast until starting to soften and brown on the bottom, 15-20 mins.

  4. Toss cauliflower with balsamic and cheese.

  5. Return to oven and roast until cheese is melted and any moisture has evaporated, 5-10 mins more.
