Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pappardelle pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 med onions, sliced
- 4 T. EVOO
- 1 lb wild mushrooms
- 1/2 t. salt
- pepper
- 1 c. Marsala
- 2 c. reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese
Directions

Cook pasta.

In large pot, saute garlic and onion in oil.

Add sliced mushrooms, S&P and saute until mushrooms are tender.

Add Marsala and simmer until it evaporates.

Add chicken broth and summer until sauce is reduced by half.

Add pasta and simmer 2 mins.

Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
