Ingredients
- 4-6 c. broccoli raab stalks, cut into 2 inch lengths
- 1 lb orecchiette pasta
- 1/2 c. EVOO
- 6 cloves garlic, thin sliced
- 1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes
- Grated cheese
Directions

In large pot, blanch broccoli raab in salted water until tender. Drain and keep warm.

Meanwhile, in another pot, cook pasta and drain.

In a clean large pot, saute garlic lightly in EVOO.

Add red pepper flakes and raab and saute 1 min. Add S&P to taste and add the pasta. Simmer 2 mins.
