Ingredients
- 1/3 cup basil pesto
- 1 T. melted butter
- 1 T. EVOO
- 2 potatoes, cut into large chunks
- 1/2 lb green beans
- 1 lb radiatore
- 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
- Grated cheese
Directions

in large serving bowl, mix pesto, butter and eVOO.

Bring large pot of salted water to boil; add pasta potato and green beans.

Cook according to pasta directions; when pasta is done, veggies will also be done. Add 2 T. of cooking water to pesto mix.

Drain pasta and veggies and add to pesto.

Add fresh basil and grated cheese.
