Ingredients
- FIRST LAYER
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 T unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1.5 t. vanilla
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. coconut
- SECOND LAYER:
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 T. whipping cream
- 2 T. cook and serve vanilla pudding powder
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 10 oz chocolate of choice
Directions

In med sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in cocoa and mix until smooth. Remove from heat. In bowl, combine powdered sugar and egg, stirring with a fork until smooth.

take a T of cocoa mix and blend into egg mix to temper, then add all of egg mix to cocoa mix and return pan to low heat. Stir constantly until mix is smooth and shiny; about 5 mins.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

In another bowl, mix nuts, crackers crumbs and coconut and add to cocoa mix. Mix well and press into 9×13 pan and chill in fridge 1 hours.

SECOND LAYER:

In med pan, melt butter. Stir in cream and pudding mix and cook 1 min, stirring contstantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and powdered sugar and blend well.

Spread 2nd layer over 1st layer. Chill 30 mins.

Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave; spread over 2nd layer.

Chill, bring to room temp before cutting.
