Ingredients

• Cake:
• 3 eggs
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 c. vegetable oil
• 2 c. zucchini
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 c. walnuts
• 2 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 tsp. allspice
• Frosting:
• 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 c. margarine
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 c. powdered sugar

Directions

1. Cake: Mix all ingredients together and pour into deep cookie sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 35 mins.

2. Frosting: Mix all ingredients well and spread over cooled bars; garnish with chopped walnuts.
