Rib-Eye Steaks with Radicchio, Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Great for entertaining!
Ingredients
- 2 servings
- 3 T. EVOO
- 1 T. sherry wine vinegar
- 1 T. minced shallot
- 1.5 t. honey
- 2 8-9oz rid-eye steaks
- 2 c. finely sliced radicchio
- 1 c. packed mixed baby greens
- 1 small ripe pear, thin sliced
- 1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese
Directions

Whisk 2 T EVOO, sherry, shallot and honey in large bowl. Season to taste.

Season steaks and grill or sear in pan.

Add last 4 ingredients to dressing; toss.

Serve alongside steaks.
