Ingredients
- 32 oz. brick Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 15.5 oz. jar Medium Pace Chunky Salsa
- 4 oz. can diced green chiles
- 6 oz. Miracle Whip
- 1 fresh jalapeno, diced
- 1 fresh small yellow pepper, diced
- 1 chipotle pepper, diced, with a little extra adobo sauce (From 7 oz. can Goya Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce)
Directions

Place Velveeta cubes along bottom and sides of a medium pot.

Add rest of ingredients to the middle of the pot.

Cover; heat on low. Stir every 5 minutes.

Queso is done when it barely coats the back of a mixing spoon.

Add more salsa if queso is too thick.
