Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 lrg can pumpkin pie mix
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1-5oz can evap milk (2/3 cup)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly.

Add beaten egg,

Reserve 1 cup. Press rest into 9×13 pan.

Mix pie mix, 2 eggs, evap milk and sugar and carefully pour over crust.

Mix together the 1 cup crumbs, cinnamon, sugar and chopped pecans.

Sprinkle over pie mix.

bake at 350 for 45 mins, or until custard is set.

Serve with whipped topping.
