Ingredients
- Ingredients (4 servings):
- - 500 g sweet potatoes
- - 500 g chicken breast
- - 340 g (fresh) cranberries
- - 250 ml water
- - 1 tablespoon honey
- - 1 apple (peeled and cut in to little pieces)
- - cinnamon
- - fresh black pepper
- - 100 g low fat cream (4%)
- - sweetener (I used stevia)

Directions:
- - In a large pan boil sweet potatoes until tender, drain
- - Add the low fat cream, black pepper and cinnamon
- - Mash until smooth and creamy

- Rinse the cranberries with cold water
- - Boil 250 ml water
- - Add the cranberries to the boiling water
- - Add the apple (little pieces), honey and cinnamon
- - Cook 15 minutes, add sweetener (stevia) (taste and add more if needed)

- Heat up a pan
- - Season the chicken with fresh black pepper
- - Fry/grill the chicken breast
