Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yellow pepper, chopped
- 3 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped and deseeded
- 1 large potato, chopped and cooked separately in olive oil
- 1 chicken bullion
- butter
Directions

Cook vegetables (in order of cooking time) over medium heat in olive oil.

Add bullion and a pat of butter to mix at end.
