Ingredients
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 4 oz. yogurt
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 4 oz. heavy cream
- 4 oz. whole milk
- 6 tblsp. granulated sugar
- the juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- apple juice
Directions

Place all ingredients (except lemon juice) in blender, starting with the liquid. Puree until smooth. Taste and add lemon juice as an accent.

If necessary, thin mix out with apple juice.
