Ingredients
- 15 c. popped corn
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

Put popped corn in large baking pan. Heat sugar, butter, syrup, and salt, stirring occasionally until bubbly around edges. Continue simmering for 5 mins. Remove from heat and add baking soda until foamy.

Pour mixture over popcorn, stir until coated. Bake in a 200 degree oven for 1 hr., stirring every 15 mins. Let cool; then break cooked corn apart.
