Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground chuck
- 3 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 3 T. vinegar
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 t. dry mustard
- 2 t. salt
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. ketchup
Directions

Slightly brown meat.

Add vinegar mixture (vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt – mix until dissolved) and stir, breaking up lumps.

Add onion, green pepper, garlic; mix well.

Add ketchup, stir and reduce heat to simmer for about 1 hour.

May want to add 1/2 water of too dry.
