Ingredients
- 10 c. chopped tomatoes
- 5 c. chopped and seeded bell peppers (3-4 green, 3 red)
- 5 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. hot peppers, chopped and seeded
- 1 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 T. cilantro, minced
- 3 t. salt
- 1 can (6oz) tomato paste
Directions

Combine all ingredients except tomato paste in large saucepot.

Simmer until desired thickness.

Stir in tomato paste.

Ladle hot salsa into HOT jars, leaving 1/4 head space.

Process for 15 min in a hot water bath.
