Ingredients
- 1 Lb. raw,shelled shrimp
- 1/4 C. melted butter
- 1/4 C. olive oil
- 6 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 Tbls. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- lemon wedges
Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400

Shell shrimp;leave tails on. Rinse and drain shrimp

Melt butter. Add garlic, 1 Tbs. parsley and mix well.

Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a baking dish.

Bake 5 min.

Turn shrimp. Sprinkle with lemon juice, remaining parsley and lemon peels.

Bake 8 min. longer

Garnish with lemon wedges
