Ingredients
- Vinaigrette:
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 t. sugar
- 2 T. EVOO
- 1/2 fresh jalapeƱo, sliced
- 2 T. cilantro, minced
- 1 T. Garlic, minced
- 4 6oz Ahi Tuna steaks
- 2 avocados, chopped
Directions

Combine vinaigrette.

Heat pan med-high, add EVOO.

Season tuna to taste and add to pan.

Sear 2-3 mins per side, basting with vinaigrette after turning.

Tuna should be med-rare

Serve with avocados an vinaigrette drizzled over tuna.
