  1. soak t.paruppu + k.paruppu and grind with red chilies,salt perungaayam

  2. Fry onion , add 1 and saute for a while then make them into small balls

  3. boil tamarind well and add the balls.

  4. grind coconut, jeera, garlic(opt), onion(opt) and add to kuzhambu
