  1. 2tsp pepper, 10 elakkai, 5cloves, 2tsp dhania, dry ginger powder(2spn or 1inch ginger), 1tsp ajwain, 100gm jaggery, 2tbsp honey, 2tsp gingely oil, nutmeg little.

  2. Grind the above with water.Add jaggery and boil in low flame & keep stirring for 20min.

  3. Finally add honey and oil after removing from flame.
