  1. Soak ko.kadalai overnight and boil.

  2. soak tamarind and boil with perungaayam,salt, turmeric, sambar powder,curry leaves..

  3. fry red chillies, u.paruppu, pepper(3-4) & grind with coconut.

  4. d 1 to 2. After a while add the grounded mixture and allow for one boil only.
