  1. Soak boiled rice overnight and coarse grind with coconut.

  2. Fry mustard,u.paruppu,red chillies, perungaayam, k.paruppu.

  3. Add the grounded boiled rice to the above & add water, if necessary.siridhu neram aduppil kilaravum.

  4. Make them into balls and steam cook like idli.
