Soak rice for 20min atleast

Fry in ghee cinnamon,cloves,bay leaves, cardamom,onion,ginger garlic paste

To it add veggies like carrot,potato,beans,peas etc.Add salt,turmeric, garam masala.

Add rice:coconut milk:water = 1:1: ¾

If cooking in cooker then weight pottavudan reduce the flame and switch off after 3 whistles.
