  1. Soak rice for 20min atleast

  2. Fry in ghee cinnamon,cloves,bay leaves, cardamom,onion,ginger garlic paste

  3. To it add veggies like carrot,potato,beans,peas etc.Add salt,turmeric, garam masala.

  4. Add rice:coconut milk:water = 1:1: ¾

  5. If cooking in cooker then weight pottavudan reduce the flame and switch off after 3 whistles.
