Ingredients
- 1/4 lb turkey bacon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 10 cups quartered, sliced cabbage
- 1 lg diced onion
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- cracked pepper
- 12 oz cooked egg noodles
Directions

In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon on medium heat until crispy. You may need to add a small amount of oil to the pan so the turkey bacon crisps like pork bacon. Remove with a slotted spoon and add butter, cabbage, and onion to pan. Cook 7 minutes. Stir in crumb;led bacon, caraway seeds, salt, cracked pepper and egg noodles.
