Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 package sausage
  • 1 can (8.5 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp each, diced red and yellow pepper
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring until completely cooked. Separate rolls into eight triangles. Place in ungreased 12" rimmed pizza pan with points toward the center. Press together, seal perforations, and form a circle 1 inch larger in diameter than the pan bottom. Turn edges over to make a slight rim. Sprinkle cooked sausage over crust. Top with potatoes. Add peppers and green onions. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Stir eggs, almond milk, and, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour evenly over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake about 20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden.
