Ingredients
- 2 cups diced turkey ham
- 2 packages hashbrown potatoes (6 oz each)
- 1 medium bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp dried onion
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups almond milk
- 1 cup all-purpose baking mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
Directions

ease 13×9×2 inch baking dish. Mix turkey ham, potatoes, bell pepper, onion, and 1 cup of the cheese. Stir milk, Bisquick, salt and eggs until blended. Pour over potato mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cup cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours. Heat oven to 375. Uncover and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
