Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 can chopped green chiles (4 oz)
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Colby/jack cheese blend

at oven to 400. Grease pie plate. Cook beef and onion in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix (dry). Spread in a pie plate. Sprinkle with chiles. Stir Bisquick, almond milk, and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
