Ingredients
- 1 cup rice, cooked and cooled
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and finely diced
- 1-2 tbsp Braggs liquid aminos
- 1/2 pkg fried rice mix
- 1 green onion, sliced thinly
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions

Fry turkey bacon with a little oil to make better drippings. When crisp, remove bacon from the pan. Stir in cold rice and heat on medium-high heat Sprinkle with Braggs. Stir in fried rice mix, green onion, and crumbled turkey bacon. Stir carefully. Push rice mixture to one side of the pan. Pour egg mixture in remaining part of pan and cook by stirring until done. Break scrambled eggs into the size of small peas. Mix all ingredients in the pan together and serve well heated. Use more Braggs if desired.
