Granola

Really great homemade granola

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup rolled wheat
  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Cup wheat germ
  • 1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup soy flour
  • 6 Tablespoons dried milk
  • 1 Cup Cashews
  • 1 Cup slivered almonds
  • 1 Cup coconut
  • 1/3 Cup sesame seed
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • 2 Tablespoons brewers yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Sea salt
  • 1/2 Cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 Cup saffola oil
  • 1/2 ci[ honey
  • 2 Tablepsoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup polenta

Directions

  1. Taost rolled oats in oven alone, stirring often—about 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, toast in 2 large cookie sheets or large flat pans for 10 minutes, stirring at least once. Makes 1/2 gallon.

  2. Store product in refrigator as well as the balance o soy flour, wheat germ, rolled wheat and polenta.

  3. There is a lot of room for variation of the ingredients. You can add your favorites and leave out things you don’t like or don’t have.
