Ingredients
- 1 Cup rolled wheat
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Cup wheat germ
- 1 Cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 Cup soy flour
- 6 Tablespoons dried milk
- 1 Cup Cashews
- 1 Cup slivered almonds
- 1 Cup coconut
- 1/3 Cup sesame seed
- 1 Cup raisins
- 2 Tablespoons brewers yeast
- 1 Tablespoon Sea salt
- 1/2 Cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 Cup saffola oil
- 1/2 ci[ honey
- 2 Tablepsoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup polenta
Directions

Taost rolled oats in oven alone, stirring often—about 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, toast in 2 large cookie sheets or large flat pans for 10 minutes, stirring at least once. Makes 1/2 gallon.

Store product in refrigator as well as the balance o soy flour, wheat germ, rolled wheat and polenta.

There is a lot of room for variation of the ingredients. You can add your favorites and leave out things you don’t like or don’t have.
