Ingredients
- 1# asparagus
- 3/4 C onion chopped
- 1/2 C vegetable broth
- 11/4 C vegetable broth
- 1 C milk
- 1T butter
- 2T flour
- 1 t salt and pepper
- 1/2 C yogurt
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/4 C grated Parmesean cheese
Directions

Place asparagus and onion in sauce pan with 1/2 C vegetable broth.

Simmer until done.

Reserve a few tips – blend the rest.

Melt butter.

Sprinkle in flour, salt, and pepper.

Stir in remaining broth.

When boiling – add aparagus puree and milk.

Whisk in yogurt and lemon juice.

Stir until hot.

Serve topped with parm and reserved tips.
