Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 c. vegetable stock
- 1/2 c. white wine
- White pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley
Directions

Fry shallots in butter over low heat.

Add flour and cook 1 minute.

Sitr in stock, no heat.

Return to the heat and add wine for 5 minutes.

Season and add the herbs.
