Wine Sauce1

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 c. vegetable stock
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • White pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Directions

  1. Fry shallots in butter over low heat.

  2. Add flour and cook 1 minute.

  3. Sitr in stock, no heat.

  4. Return to the heat and add wine for 5 minutes.

  5. Season and add the herbs.
