Buttermilk Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 cup of buttermilk cornmeal
- 1/3 cup of self rising flower
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons of Crisco
- 1/2 cup of tepid water
- 1 can of cream style corn (optional)

Heat Crisco in cast iron skillet

Mix cornmeal and flour in bowl
