Crockpot Country Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs Country Style pork loin ribs
  • 2 jars pork gravy
  • 2 large Vidalia onions
  • chopped fresh garlic, to taste
  • 2 lb bag saurerkraut (mostly drained)
  • 1 jar applesauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Emeril's BAM Seasoning (or your favorite seasoned salt)
  • garlic and onion powder

Directions

  1. Season meat with salt and pepper, BAM (or your favorite seasoned salt), onion and garlic powders on both sides. Slice Vidalia onions and place one onion on bottom of a Crockpot with 1/2 the chopped garlic and 1/2 of the applesauce.

  2. Place 1lb of kraut on top of this with one jar of gravy. Place meat on top of this and repeat with the rest of the ingredients,

  3. Set slow cooker to low and cook for 8-10 hours. Serve with egg noodles with a little of the gravy from the Slow cooker.
