Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp apple butter
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced roasted turkey
- 4 ox brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby arugula
- 1 Gala apple, cored and sliced
Directions

Spread one side of each bread slice with 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter. Spread the other sides of bread with apple butter and top two of these sides with turkey, brie, arugula, and a few apple slices. Set remaining bread on sandwiches buttered side up. Put sandwiches in a large frying pan and cook, covered, over medium heat until golden brown, turning once. 6-8 minutes total. Serve with remaining apple slices.
