Scones (Greek Yogurt)

Blueberry, lemon/ Apple Spice/Cranberry ,orange/ Pear, ginger/ Pineapple, coconut/ Vanilla, chocolate chip/

Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup. sugar
- 1/4t. sea salt
- 1Cup lemon yogurt
- 1/4 cup. butter, melted
- zest of 1 lemon (use juice and 1t. zest for glaze)
- 2Cup flour
- 2t. baking powder
- 1/2t. baking soda
- 1Cup fresh blueberries
- GLAZE:
- 1Cup powdered sugar
- juice from 1 lemon
- zest
Directions

Pre Heat oven to 400*
- Combine egg,sugar,salt,butter and lemon zest, mix well. Add flour, baking powder and soda, mix until just moistened. Fold in blueberries.
- On a clean dry cutting board, form
- dough into a 12″×3″ rectangle. Slice
- rectangle in 1/2 and each half in 1/2 again. Leaving you with 4- 3" squares. Cut each square on diagonal
- giving you 8 triangular scones. Carefully move scones to baking sheet leaving room to spread. Bake 15-16 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Mix glaze and lightly coat scones after they have cooled.
