Ingredients

• *2 cups boiling water
• *2 pkg (4-serving size each) JELL-O brand margarita flavor gelatin
• *2 cups cold carbonated lemon-lime beverage
• *1 teaspoon grated lime peel
• *1/4 cup lime juice

Directions

1. STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended. Pour into 13×9 inch pan; cover.

2. FREEZE 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly; spoon into medium bowl.

3. BEAT with electric mixer on high speed until creamy; spoon into dessert dishes to serve. Store leftovers in airtight container in freezer.
