Ingredients
- *1/2 cup (2 oz) grated fresh parmesan cheese
- *1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
- *1/2 cup butter, softened
- *1 small garlic clove, pressed
- *1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Finely grate cheese. Snip parsley. In mixing bowl, combine cheese, parsley, butter, pressed garlic and black pepper; mix well.
