Ingredients
- 2 cups AP flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 3/4 t kosher salt
- 6 T cold earthbalance (can also use coconut oil)
- 3/4 cup almond milk (or soy milk)
- 1 t vinegar
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Combine milk and vinegar to imitate buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients

Cut butter into dry ingredients (until pea-sized)

Add “buttermilk” to dry ingredients

Mix until just combined

Roll out dough

Cut into rounds and place on baking sheet

Lightly brush olive oil (or grapeseed oil) onto biscuits

Bake for 10-13 minutes
