Spring Roll(ing)

Fill these with anything! Add jicama, spinach, grilled pineapple, green apple, bell pepper, cucumber

Ingredients

  • Rice Paper, 6" rounds or larger
  • Pan fried tofu
  • Fresh herbs--Cilantro, Basil, Mint
  • Green Onions
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Pickled Ginger

Directions

  1. In large bowl, fill with warm water. Quickly dip a rice paper sheet in water for 2-3 seconds.

  2. Place rice paper on work station and add desired filling on the edge of the wrapper closest to you.

  3. Slowly start to roll the rice paper, tucking in your fillings to keep the roll tight. Close the spring roll ends and finish rolling.

  4. Serve within 2 hours with a spicy garlic soy dipping sauce.
