Ingredients
- vanilla ice cream
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 ripe but firm bananas, peeled, thickly sliced on diagonal
- warmed chocolate sauce
- toasted sweetened coconut
Directions

Place 1 scoop vanilla ice cream in each of 4 dessert bowls. Place bowls in freezer. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add bananas and saute until just beginning to soften, about 3 minutes. Spoon bananas over ice cream. Top with chocolate sauce and coconut.
