Southwestern Pasta Toss

Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked rotini
- 1-3/4 cup salsa
- 1 t olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1 cup corn
- 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 T grated parm
- 1 T lime juice
Directions

Cook pasta and drain.

Place pasta in serving bowl. Add salsa and toss gently.

Coat skillet with cooking spray, add oil. Place over medium heat until hot. Add garlic and cumin and saute 30 seconds. Stir in corn and beans. Cook until heated thoroughly. Add corn mixture, cilantro, cheese and lime juice to pasta and toss gently.
